The Lordship of Jesus
We acknowledge the Lordship of Christ and commit ourselves only to his purposes and will. Matthew 1:18-23; 3:17, John 1:1-18, Hebrews 1:1-3
Holy Spirit
We must have the presence and power of God’s Holy Spirit to teach, gift, empower, and guide us in doing the continuing work of Jesus. Psalm 139:7-24, John 14:16-17,26; 16:7-14, Romans 8:9-11, 14-16, 26-27
The Bible
The Bible is God’s completely true and saving word. We will faithfully use it to bring the lost to Christ and believers to maturity in Him. Psalm 19:7-10, Isaiah 40:8, Romans 15:4, 2 Timothy 3:15-17
Authentic Worship
Our worship will be Christ-centered, authentic, and generationally relevant. John 4:24
Prayer
We must personally and corporately pray because God hears and answers our prayers; God commands that we pray.
Evangelism & Discipleship
God wants every person to be saved, therefore, we will use every available Christ-honoring means to pursue, win, and disciple them. Matthew 28:18-20, Luke 11:13; 12:12, Acts 1:8
Servant Ministry
With a servant’s heart we join Christ in loving and helping those who are hungry, sick, and hurting. Matthew 25:40, Acts 1:8
Missions
We will join other Christian’s in doing Jesus’ work among men throughout the world. Matthew 28:18-20, Acts 1:8
Love
God loves every person. Jesus commands that we love God and other people. Therefore, we commit ourselves to love God, each other, and those outside our church. John 3:16, Romans 5:8,
